The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, and restrooms are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. Trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in the designated disposal area by guests at the end of the event. All personal items, décor, and food must be removed by the end of your rental period. A standard cleaning fee is included in the booking; however, excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
