About the Space

Our sky lounge overlooks Denver and the mountains. The views are endless. With a grill, TV and plenty of seating, this space is perfect for a party or celebration of any sort. This space is great for 40 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 20 including barstools and sofas - 60" TV (located at the end of the outdoor patio) - Wi-Fi - Indoor kitchenette including sink, microwave, and mini fridge - Outdoor kitchenette equipped with a grill and a stainless-steel ice holder **Interior TV and both TVs over the outdoor kitchenette have been removed. Square footage: Interior space- approximately 320 sq feet Exterior space- approximately 1150 sq feet Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
