About the Space

Our clubhouse offers beautiful mountain views and plenty of space for seating, making it a great option for meetings or an intimate dinner gathering. The space includes multiple TVs, perfect for watching a sporting event or creating a comfortable setting to mingle and unwind. The clubhouse can accommodate up to 50 guests. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 32 - Kitchenette equipped with 2 mini fridges, 2 warming drawers, a microwave, icemaker, dishwasher, and sink - Additional Catering room equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 warming drawers, a dishwasher, and sink - Private Dining Room with Large Dining/Conference Table (seats 12) - Wi-Fi - TVs *Fireplace not available to be used Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
