1. Trash Remove all trash from tables, counters, and floors Tie up trash bags and place them in the designated bin outside Replace liners (extras are under the sink) 2. Floors Sweep all floors Mop up any spills or sticky areas (mop & broom provided) 3. Tables & Chairs Wipe down all tables and chairs Return all tables and chairs to their original setup or storage area 4. Kitchen/Bar Area Wipe down all counters and sink Remove all food, beverages, and personal items Do not leave anything in the fridge 5. Restroom Ensure toilet is flushed and trash is emptied Wipe down counters if needed or add cleaning fee
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
