Welcome to our versatile space, a perfect venue for a wide range of activities and events. With 750 square feet, the layout is thoughtfully divided into three distinct areas, ensuring that each facet of the space caters to a variety of needs. Located just one block from the Beach. Activities and Events: Our space is ideal for hosting commercials, photoshoots, private events, and community gatherings. It serves wonderfully for catering functions, birthday parties, work meetings, book readings, book clubs, and even cooking classes. The ambiance encourages creativity and collaboration, making it suitable for both professional and personal occasions. Layout: - Front of House (1/3): The welcoming area features double glass front doors that create a grand entrance. Large windows, equipped with sliding middle pieces, allow for ample natural light and can be opened for ventilation. Removable tables and chairs can be easily reconfigured to suit different setups, from casual gatherings to formal seating arrangements. - Kitchen/Prep Space (1/3): This area is designed for functionality catering preparation. Whether it’s for a large event or intimate gathering. Note we do not have any gas lines in our space. All the equipment we use is electric. - Bakery (1/3): A dedicated bakery section that can be utilized for baking classes, tastings, or as an additional catering option for your events. Outdoor Area: In addition to the indoor spaces, there’s a small outdoor area located on the side of the building along Delaware Street. This features two picnic tables, ideal for casual gatherings or food setups. The outdoor wall, painted white and adorned with a charming mural that reads "Grow Love," adds character and is perfect for outdoor photo opportunities.
