Located in the Arts District of Downtown LA, our thoughtfully designed studio is perfect for photo and video productions, small events, or creative workshops. With 1,300 sq. ft. of open space and an additional 300 sq. ft. of storage, this space was created to be highly functional and beautiful. Ideal for crews of 20-25 and dinners, shows or events of 30-40. The studio is furnished with a curated mix of elevated, minimalist pieces that add warmth and character without overpowering your vision. Whether you’re shooting a fashion editorial, launching a new product line, or hosting a creative gathering, this space adapts to your needs while giving you a backdrop to build from. The space includes — east-facing natural light for dreamy, consistent daylight, a dedicated hair and makeup station with a make-up chair, large floor-length mirror, a hidden storage area with folding tables, chairs, trash bins, and a fridge. It also comes with a directors chair, makeup chair, apple boxes, utility fans, and a Bluetooth speaker. There are shared restrooms conveniently located just down the hallway and accessible with a studio key. A service elevator is available from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. We offer 8 c-stands, sandbags, seamless rolls (4 ft and 9 ft), and a camera cart available to rent. Just let us know ahead of time which backdrops you’d like and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Rooftop access is available through the building for an additional fee — just give us a heads-up and we’ll coordinate with the manager. We’re happy to share walkthrough videos to help you get a feel for the space, or schedule a quick visit if you want to see it in person. We give time between bookings to ensure that the space is reset and cleaned before each new rental. Cleaning supplies, paper towels, masks and hand sanitizer is provided in the space. Please reach out if you need anything additional or have any questions!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
