We prioritize cleanliness and guest safety at all times. Our professional cleaning team visits the studio weekly to thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of the space, including: Sweeping, mopping, and dusting all areas Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, equipment, etc.) Keeping the podcast room, bathrooms, common areas, and backyard clean and well-maintained Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot and entryways To help protect our guests and team, we also follow these additional precautions: Disinfectants used meet EPA-approved standards for use against COVID-19 Hand sanitizer is available on-site High-touch areas are disinfected between bookings Staff wears masks and gloves during cleaning Guests are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear masks if gathering in groups indoors Your health and peace of mind matter to us. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
