Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products on all surfaces, with special attention to high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and equipment controls. For multi-day events, we offer complimentary daily refresh cleaning of restrooms and common areas. Our professional cleaning team ensures the space is sanitized between all bookings, with particular care given to the kitchen facilities and podcast equipment. All linens and towels are replaced with fresh ones before your arrival. Air filtration systems are maintained regularly to ensure a clean environment throughout the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
