Cleaning Protocol & Studio Etiquette Hi there! To ensure a clean and respectful space for all our guests, please review the following: The studio is cleaned and sanitized before and after each use, including mats, equipment, and high-touch surfaces. No shoes are allowed at any time on the carpeted areas – please remove them upon entering. No food or drinks are permitted in the main studio space. We have a designated lunch and snack area available for your use. Please dispose of all trash and take all belongings with you after your booking. Hand sanitizer is available on-site for your convenience. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
