Open concept multi set spacious and versatile 1,700. ft. multi-use media space designed for film shoots, photography sessions, podcast recordings, and creative media events. White, black, and green screen available. Seamless colored backdrops and multi sets are included. Small stage and different sets can vary. Launch your next visual project, this space offers the perfect blank canvas. We are constantly creating new sets, stay tuned for more. There is one garage space for loading/unloading and plenty of safe street parking. Nestled in a vibrant area just 2 minutes (few blocks) from the lake and 5 minutes from downtown Oakland and surrounded by authentic cafés and some of the city’s best eateries—making it easy to grab a bite or a latte before or after your session. Space is cleaned between bookings. Depending on usage of space, different cleaning policies may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
