Substation No.13 Cleaning Procedure Checklist Before Event Setup ✅ Sweep and mop all floors (polished concrete) ✅ Wipe down all surfaces (tables, counters, ledges, etc.) ✅ Clean windows and glass doors (inside and out) ✅ Dust exposed brickwork, lighting fixtures, and skirting boards ✅ Sanitize high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, buzzers) ✅ Check and refill hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms ✅ Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly (toilet, sinks, taps, mirrors) ✅ Ensure bins in all areas are emptied and lined ✅ Vacuum any rugs or soft surfaces if applicable ✅ Confirm space is free from odors—use subtle air freshener if needed ✅ Ensure furniture is clean and arranged neatly ✅ Final walkthrough to ensure cleanliness and presentation standard During the Event (Optional for larger bookings) ☐ Monitor restrooms periodically and restock supplies if needed ☐ Spot clean spills or messes as they occur ☐ Empty full bins and replace liners as necessary ☐ Keep entry area clean and free of debris or clutter Post-Event Cleaning ✅ Clear all rubbish from space and remove event-related items ✅ Empty all bins (main space and restrooms) and replace liners ✅ Sweep and mop floors thoroughly ✅ Wipe and disinfect all surfaces, including any used furniture or counters ✅ Clean and sanitize restrooms again ✅ Spot clean walls if scuffed or marked ✅ Check for and remove any tape, decorations, or residue ✅ Return furniture to its original layout ✅ Remove leftover food, drinks, and catering waste ✅ Final walkthrough to inspect for missed items or damage Additional Notes Use only non-abrasive, venue-approved cleaning products Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately Ensure all cleaning is completed within the booked time window
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
