Remove Used Items • Strip beds and collect all used linens and towels. • Empty trash bins and take out the garbage. • Remove any leftover food or personal guest items. 3. Clean Room by Room Bedrooms: • Dust all surfaces (furniture, headboards, lamps). • Wipe mirrors and windows. • Vacuum carpets or mop floors. • Make the beds with fresh, clean linens. Bathrooms: • Disinfect toilets, sinks, showers/tubs. • Clean mirrors and counters. • Replace towels, toiletries, and toilet paper. • Mop floors. Kitchen: • Wash dishes or load/unload dishwasher. • Wipe countertops, appliances, cabinet doors. • Clean inside microwave, fridge (check for leftover food). • Mop floors. • Restock essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.). Living Room/Common Areas: • Dust all surfaces, electronics, and decor. • Vacuum rugs or clean floors. • Arrange furniture neatly. • Check for stains and clean if needed. 4. Final Touches • Replace trash liners. • Restock supplies (toiletries, paper towels, cleaning products). • Check lights, remote batteries, Wi-Fi, and appliances. • Leave a welcome note or small gift (optional). 5. Final Inspection • Walk through as if you’re the guest. • Take a few photos in case of disputes. • Lock up and ensure property is secure.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
