Health and Safety Measures
The studio is tidied and wiped down between bookings, with high-touch surfaces and shared areas cleaned regularly. Paper backdrops are trimmed or changed between bookings where marked. Cleaning supplies, hand sanitiser, and surface spray are available for guest use throughout your session. Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it — removing any rubbish and resetting furniture or props used. Please allow time within your booking for basic cleanup. If the space is left in poor condition, a cleaning fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
