About the Space
We have a 2,500sq ft space with a lobby/office area that includes a small lounge w/ a tv used for client holding. We have a kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, etc. we have one unisex bathroom on site. We have a camera cleaning/service room and can have a camera technician on site if needed. We also have a 2,000sq ft warehouse with a workbench, camera calibration charts, and a large two sided cyc wall that is 20’x17’x12’. The cyc wall has a full grid with LED space lights that can be used. Our warehouse features a 24’ ceiling w/ LED high bay lights, a 13’ overhead garage door, and a loading dock. Our warehouse is insulated and fully climate controlled so you can stay nice and cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter months! Disclaimer: this is NOT a sound stage. We built the space for camera prep, and lighting tests primarily for our camera rental business. It can be used for shooting photography, or video shoots, but there will be some external noises from time to time. That said, we don’t have any train tracks, highways, or airports near by so the noise is minimal.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
