    Charming, extremely bright apartment with natural light from two sides (6 windows) and coming through all day long. Perfect for photoshoots and filming that require natural light. Beautiful views of historical and new high-rise buildings. Books, plants, king bed, two sofas, and a mix of modern kitchen with some beautiful vintage/antique pieces of furniture. You will love it as much as I do! Location: The apartment is in the heart of the historical Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City. 9 minute walk from Exchange Place station (1st stop to World Trade Center) and 8 minute walk from Grove Street station (2nd stop to Christopher Street, followed by 9th, 14th, 23rd, 33rd).

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
