This fee covers both the site rep (who will be onsite to assist and monitor during your rental) and the post-shoot cleaning of the space. Having a dedicated site rep ensures that everything runs smoothly during your shoot while also keeping the set in top condition for future productions. Mind the gap! With a gritty, worn-in aesthetic and an authentic look that reads perfectly on camera, this full-scale subway car and station include a detailed interior and a practical exterior, all housed inside a film-friendly warehouse with exclusive private access. Originally constructed for major network productions, the subway car has a proven track record on screen. Additional props may be available onsite, but we recommend bringing any critical set dressing for continuity. Gear Available Rent where you shoot and save time on transport. We offer cameras (RED, Sony, Blackmagic), cine lenses, Aputure lights, Litepanels, Quasars, grip gear, hazers, and more. Reach out if you’d like a full gear list or have specific requests. Additional Amenities Shared breakspace area, restrooms, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and make-up mirrors included. Private air-conditioned holding spaces, green rooms, and production offices are available the same day. Rates are $50, $250, and $500. Inquire for details. Overtime Policy Peerspace requires 1.5x overtime for any hours beyond your booking. For example, if your hourly rate is $100, each overtime hour is billed at $150. We encourage booking the hours you anticipate needing in advance. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your shoot, we can extend your booking at the base rate to avoid overtime.
