Hillside views and exposed wood beams enhance the open floor plan, creating a uniquely captivating atmosphere. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together in an open concept design. The property also features a generously sized and airy master bedroom. The outdoor area offers a wood deck with a picnic bench nestled between two large olive trees, enhanced by California native flowers and plants. A trampoline provides an extra element of fun. Adding to the unique charm, the house features four hammocks in different locations, perfect for lounging. We welcome inquiries from large group productions and are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
