This is a 723 Sqft open plan European/Industrial event space. Conveniently located on C street right beside the trolley stop between 5th and 6th Avenue. This is a bright, spacious and engaging space in the heart of Downtown San Diego. We hold monthly Open Mic nights where the space is transformed into a cozy casual space. We hold monthly pop exhibitions of established and upcoming artists based in Southern California, this gives the venue great cultural capital and local significance We offer validated all day parking with daily rates (Sunday-Thursday $8.00/Friday-Saturday $10.00) at the LAZ garage on 5th and Broadway for all of guests.

The Space is cleaned thoroughly between each booking, including floors, walls, bar tops, bathrooms and entry/exits
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
