Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, and major cultural institutions are all within walking distance, making this a truly world-class location. Logistics: The 5,000-square-foot space includes 2,000 square feet of beautifully designed outdoor terrace with sweeping views of Central Park. The space can be arranged for medium size meetings to board meetings. Rooms: 5 elegantly appointed private rooms are available for meetings, 3 large conferences spaces and a total of ~5000 square feet available for larger bookings and boasting a 2000 sqft of out door terraces for dinners and cocktails. The building features 24/7 doorman service and lobby security cameras. Additional security cameras are installed at the office’s elevator entrance for added peace of mind. Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen area, and multiple breakout spaces. The office is easily accessible by subway (B, D, E, F, N, Q, R, W trains), bus, and nearby parking garages. Our office is professionally cleaned on a regular basis to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces—including tables, door handles, elevator buttons, and bathroom fixtures - are disinfected frequently. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly tidied, sanitized, and reset to ensure it is spotless and ready for use. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are also available on-site for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
