The space features a cozy living area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table that comfortably seats up to 6, and a photo backdrop ready for your next shoot. A kitchenette with a refrigerator (no sink) offers a space for light food and beverage prep, making it easy to host without the need for a full kitchen. Guests also have access to a private bathroom for added convenience. Every corner is designed with aesthetics and functionality in mind, offering a warm, inspiring environment whether you’re hosting a small event, meeting with clients, or shooting content. Furniture can be gently rearranged to suit your needs, as long as it’s returned to its original placement. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take great care to ensure the studio is spotless and welcoming for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: - Thorough surface sanitizing of high-touch areas, including door handles, countertops, tables, and seating areas - Disinfection of the bathroom, including toilet, sink, faucet, and light switches - Vacuuming and mopping of all floors between bookings - Trash removal and bin sanitation after each event - Restocking of paper products, hand soap, and cleaning supplies in the kitchenette and bathroom - Ventilation of the space to ensure fresh airflow before your arrival We follow Peerspace’s Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines and allow adequate time between bookings to reset the space to our high standards.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
