We thoroughly clean and sanitize the space before each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, remote controls, countertops, and bathroom fixtures. Fresh linens and towels are provided for every new guest. Non-toxic, fragrance-free disinfectants are used, and the space is aired out between bookings. Common areas and shared outdoor spaces are maintained daily to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
