About the Space
A former producer owns the home. This is the perfect location for film and photo shoots. Check out some of our magic hour photos! We have multiple vignettes throughout the home that provide distinct moments and character. The Old Money aesthetic is ideal for modern or 1930s-40s time periods, although it can play regardless of century. The second floor was recently constructed and offers a slightly more modern vibe but transitions well with the whole home.

We use non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible due to allergies in our family. No bleach is permitted on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
