Brick hard scape in back yard. 10 foot deep pool with diving board and spa. Access to 2 bathrooms, a gas BBQ outside. Patio furniture and one table that seats 6pm. It is a very quiet neighborhood on a culta-sac and butts up to Peters Canyon. Plenty of street parking. There is a nearby park with structures for young children. There is also a refrigerator in the garage. I am willing to open up my kitchen and living room with a pool and shuffleboard table for an extra hourly fee. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
