Bright, open loft studio in Brooklyn, designed with creators in mind. East-facing windows bring in clean natural light throughout the day, with open views and golden hour sunsets in the evening. Divider screens are available to diffuse light or use as a backdrop. The space has an L-shaped layout — easy to split into a shoot zone and dressing area, or for small gatherings with a bar/lounge setup. It’s best suited for photo shoots, video, content days, or intimate creative events. Furnishings include a couch, desk, chairs, tables, cabinets, and some storage. Gear on hand: two softboxes, assorted lighting, tripods, props, and a few backdrops to work with. This is a queer-owned space. We prioritize and welcome LGBTQ+ creatives, especially those looking for a spot that gets it.
