Our meeting rooms and lounge spaces undergo thorough cleaning procedures to ensure a pristine environment for all users. Professional cleaning staff conduct daily sanitization of all high-touch surfaces including table tops, chair arms, door handles, light switches, and technology interfaces. All flooring is vacuumed and/or mopped daily, while glass surfaces and mirrors are cleaned to maintain a spotless appearance. Waste receptacles are emptied and sanitized regularly throughout the day. Deep cleaning of upholstery, air vents, and carpet extraction is performed on a scheduled basis to maintain optimal air quality and cleanliness. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
