Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We maintain high standards of cleanliness before and after every event to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment. Our cleaning protocols include:
Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings: All surfaces, seating, restrooms, and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
Sanitized Furniture & Fixtures: All velvet seating, bar tops, tables, and lounge furniture are wiped down and refreshed with disinfectant.
Kitchen Sanitization: The on-site kitchen is cleaned and sanitized before and after use, whether used for cooking or catering prep.
Hand Sanitizer Provided: Hand sanitizing stations are available for guests throughout the space.
Post-Event Waste Management: We handle standard post-event cleaning and trash removal. Guests are asked to dispose of excessive trash in provided bins and treat the space respectfully.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
