After each event, begin with a full walkthrough to assess the condition of the space and identify any damage or maintenance issues. Clear all trash and recyclables, making sure to check under tables, in corners, and behind furniture. Reset furniture to its original layout and wipe down all surfaces with appropriate cleaning products. Sweep or vacuum the floors, then mop thoroughly, paying special attention to high-traffic areas and any sticky or soiled spots. Restrooms should be restocked with paper goods and soap, then deep cleaned—including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Clean windows and glass surfaces to remove fingerprints and smudges. Finish with a final check to ensure everything is clean, in place, and ready for the next event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
