About the Space
This space offers a retro/vintage feel with furniture that matches the aesthetic. It includes a full dining room with light green walls and beautiful crown moldings, and a kitchen with a classic O'Keefe & Merritt stove. Backyard is beautifully shaded by a large oak tree. It's great for photoshoots, video/film, commercial shoots, content, podcasts, food photography, other small events. I'm happy to help move most of the furniture and accommodate any set dressing needs, depending on the request.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
