Original and unique features abound in this stick-style architectural gem, known to be the only period example of this architecture in the state of Utah! Conveniently located near downtown and the UVX line. Beautifully finished interior with modern furnishings. Also includes an extensively landscaped, large exterior courtyard gathering space with gas firepit and lighting. All proceeds fund our operations as a non-profit LGBTQ resource center, for youth and families.

Space is cleaned each day after business hours, and thoroughly cleaned before booked events.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
