Welcome to 3580, a sunlit, story-rich venue inside a beautifully renovated 1890s church in East Falls, Philadelphia. Originally built as a house of worship, the space has been lovingly transformed into a creative studio and gathering place. It’s ideal for everything from team retreats and brainstorms to hands-on classes or community events. This versatile venue offers an open floor plan, abundant natural light, curated furnishings, and a soulful vibe that elevates any kind of event - from photoshoots and pop-ups to offsite meetings, workshops, and intimate dinners. The design-forward layout allows for customization, while the warmth and history of the building set a unique tone for any gathering. 3580 includes two distinct event spaces, each available to book individually or together. Each space is $125 per hour (2-hour minimum): Public Space: Gathering Hall - $125/hour A flexible, open room ideal for larger gatherings; best for cocktail receptions, lectures, classes, community events. Capacity: 80–100 standing (cocktail/dance) / Up to 40 seated (lectures) /25+ seated (dinners) Private Space: Gathering Room - $125/hour Used as the Safta Yoga studio during weekdays; weekends are available for private bookings and customizable events. Best for workshops, wellness classes, private group gatherings. Capacity: Up to 18 yoga mats or up to 40 seated guests Pricing Note: Rates apply per space reserved. Booking both rooms = $250/hour total.

The space is professionally cleaned and reset between all bookings. This includes: Disinfecting high-touch surfaces Sweeping, mopping, and tidying all areas Restocking and sanitizing the restroom Wiping down kitchenette surfaces We ask guests to do light cleanup (remove trash, tidy any messes, return furniture to its place). A cleaning fee may apply for larger events or high-traffic bookings. Thanks for helping us keep the space in great shape.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
