I have always cleaned the home myself even before being an Airbnb/VRBO host these last 11 years. During the height of COVID, I'm proud to say that I remained "open" and never had one case originate in the home despite guest volume being about the same as pre-COVID.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
