This garden studio apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from the Noma metro station and a 5 minute walk to Union Market. The backyard garden is a great spot for photoshoots. The grape vine covered spiral staircase offers a nice backdrop for a video or photo shoot. The apartment was renovated earlier this year (2025). The roof is NOT included in this listing, we have a separate listing that includes the roof deck We can sometimes offer a discounted hourly price for photoshoots if they take place between 11am-3pm (please inquire)

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest. The bed will be made and linens folded as well.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
