Located in Morrisville, minutes from RTP and RDU, our resident lounge is a fun space for a team meeting. Versatile enough to host groups up to 35 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 25 - Shuffleboard - Pool Table - TV (guests will need to bring own HDMI cable) - Computer - Wifi Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
