This space can be used as a party space, work meetings. We can fit about 50-60 people with tables and chairs set up. We have high-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities included. We have party lights in the building that can be used. Removable hooks or other non-damaging methods for hanging items may be used with approval. Room will be set up before arrival. Table cloths are not included.

We vacuum, mop, wipe counters down, wipe tables down, make the room look presentable. The room gets cleaned after every room rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
