The space comfortably accommodates up to 120 seated guests and includes tables and chairs. It features a designated bar area, a buffet station, and clean restrooms. Additional services such as balloon decoration, DJ, catering, open bar, waitstaff, photo booth, and security can be added upon request. Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for every event. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including floors, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Trash bins are provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for fully clearing the space at the end of their event—this includes removing all decorations, food, and personal items. Our team handles the final deep cleaning, including mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash disposal, to prepare the venue for the next celebration.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
