There is a large shaded pergola with table - Next to pergola there is a 30x12 foot covered canopy tent, with and option for a second. Both provide a rain free covered area for : Meetings, Bridal showers, Children's birthday parties, small gatherings there is a small pool optionally available. Also a grill area where you can grill your own food. We can provide: * Tables and folding chairs (Optional) * Porta-Potty (optional) * Prepared food Refreshments (optional - ask about our menu) * Balloons and decorations * Music * Movie screen and LCD projector * Free internet access * 30-50 guests maximum * Yard guarded against inspects & bugs

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
