At iLL: Immaculate Luxury Lounge, we take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. • The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with a focus on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and bathroom fixtures. • We use EPA-approved disinfectants and follow all Peerspace-recommended cleaning guidelines. • Fresh towels, sanitized tools, and clean seating are provided for each use. • Trash is removed promptly, and hand sanitizer is available on-site. • For multi-hour or full-day bookings, we can provide light cleaning support during your event upon request. We kindly ask that all guests respect the space and help maintain its cleanliness by disposing of trash properly and returning the space to its original condition at the end of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
