About BUBS
This is a great space for when you need big tables and space for lots of guests. In its default configuration it can hold 40 people seated at 4 tables (10/table) which is perfect for gaming (e.g. TCGs/MTG, Warhammer, TTRPG groups) and other events where big tables could be useful (e.g. clothing swaps, sip & paint, vendor markets). The space can be arranged so the tables form one long table for any kind of party, such as birthdays and showers, or compacted to allow for more open floor space (yoga, live music). Big windows make the space feel extra large and there's a commercial kitchen available (induction only).

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
As a space that is open to the public, we clean/disinfect high-traffic surfaces daily / multiple times a day (e.g. table wipes), do a general clean twice a week, and one deep clean per week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
