– Dust and wipe down light fixtures, window sills, murals, and décor elements.
Turnover Checklists
– Kitchenware & Small Wares: Every pot, pan, utensil, and dish runs through our high-temperature commercial dishwasher and is inspected for spots or residue.
– Trash & Recycling: Bins are emptied, liners replaced, and containers wiped inside and out.
– Surface Inspection: Countertops, bar tops, tabletops, and communal tables are wiped with microfiber cloths and food-safe cleaner.
– Floor Care: After sweeping, floors are mopped with a degreasing solution in the kitchen and a neutral cleaner in the lounge and patio.
Post-Event Sanitization
– High-Touch Points: Door handles, light switches, sound-system controls, and remote controls get an extra pass with disinfectant wipes.
