Cleaning Protocol To ensure every guest has a comfortable and safe experience, we follow a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process after each booking. Our cleaning protocol meets and exceeds Peerspace’s Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines. 🧼 Step-by-Step Cleaning Process 1. Air Out the Space Before cleaning begins, we open windows and allow fresh air to circulate throughout the unit for at least 20–30 minutes. 2. Remove and Dispose of Waste All trash, used supplies, and leftover items from the previous booking are removed and disposed of properly. 3. Clean All Surfaces We clean all high-touch and horizontal surfaces using approved multi-surface cleaners. This includes: Countertops Tables and chairs Kitchen appliances Bathroom fixtures Door handles, light switches, and remotes 4. Sanitize High-Touch Areas After cleaning, we sanitize the most frequently touched surfaces using EPA-approved disinfectants. 5. Restock and Refresh Replace paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper Refill soap dispensers Replace any linens or towels (if provided) 6. Floors and Upholstery Sweep and steam mop all floors, and steam-sanitize all upholstery 7. Final Inspection A final walkthrough is performed to ensure the space meets our high standards before the next guest arrives. Additional Notes: ✔ Cleaning products used are non-toxic and safe for all guests. ✔ We allow a buffer period between bookings to ensure enough time for deep cleaning. ✔ Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available onsite for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
