About Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre

Our front studio is a versatile, stylish space ideal for corporate events, intimate gatherings, wellness pop-ups, art showings, and reception or check-in areas. With bright natural light and flexible furniture, the space can be easily transformed to suit your event needs. It’s perfect for mingling before or after events, breakout sessions during workshops, or hosting happenings on its own. The lounge is a multipurpose space with open floorplan that can be adapted for presentations, meetings, and social events. Sitting area has a couch and two living room chairs with round coffee table, and option for 8 conference room chairs and two conference tables. There is a large projection screen and mounted projector at additional cost. Kitchenette includes full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. There is a large dance studio with mirrored wall and curtains on one side, and exposed brick on the other, and brand new Harlequin Cascade dance floor. This studio is great for movement classes, meetings, photoshoots, and showings. We have 75 audience chairs that can be pre-set for additional cost. Amenities include seating, a coat rack, storage cubbies, and access to restrooms. The space is fully ADA accessible via elevator, and connects directly to our main studio, offering a seamless flow for events that need multiple zones.

Health and Safety Measures

We hire professional cleaners in between each booking and monthly in addition to our regular cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
