This high-visibility storefront venue offers convenient freeway access, ample well-lit parking, and a secure environment equipped with over 10 indoor and outdoor surveillance cameras. The space includes a large open communal area, two private rooms (available as add-ons), a kitchenette, and two restrooms—accommodating up to 100 guests standing or 120 seated. With multicolor recessed lighting, new AC/HEAT system, updated flooring, and fresh interior paint, Coronada is designed to provide both elegance and functionality. At Coronada Venue Space, we are committed to providing all renters and their guests with a clean, safe, and professionally maintained environment. Our internal cleaning process follows a standardized protocol before and after each event to ensure the facility remains in top condition at all times. Our Internal Cleaning Process Includes: Thorough surface sanitation of all high-touch areas including tables, door handles, light switches, countertops, and restroom fixtures Detailed restroom cleaning with commercial-grade disinfectants and restocking of paper goods and soap dispensers Trash removal and liner replacement throughout the venue Sweeping and mopping of all floors in communal spaces, restrooms, and any add-on rooms used Kitchenette cleaning (if rented), including wiping down appliances, counters, and sanitizing sinks Air circulation check to ensure AC/HEAT system is clean and functioning properly Post-event inspection by venue staff to identify any needed repairs, damage, or deep cleaning requirements Our staff conducts a pre-event walk-through to ensure readiness and a post-event reset before the next scheduled rental. We use EPA-approved, event-safe cleaning products and maintain consistent cleaning logs as part of our operational standards. We ask all renters to assist in preserving the integrity of the space by adhering to clean-up guidelines detailed in their contract. Excessive cleaning needs outside of standard procedures may result in additional fees deducted from the renter’s deposit.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
