We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and inspiring space for all our guests. Here's what you can expect: - All surfaces, high-touch areas, and shared spaces (including the washroom and kitchenette) are cleaned and disinfected before each booking. - Because we’re an operating flower studio, the space is always styled with fresh or seasonal floral elements — but we ensure all tools, buckets, and shop materials are tidied away for your use. - The studio is reset to its original layout after every booking, so you’ll arrive to a clean, styled, and photo-ready space. - Light cleaning supplies (spray cleaner, cloths, paper towels) are available if you need to tidy up during your booking. Hand sanitizer and soap are always stocked.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
