Located in an industrial neighborhood in downtown Ojai. Roll up door for large load-in possibilities. Amazing acoustics. Relatively quiet building filled primarily with artist / crafts people studios.

Space is not temperature controlled but remains comfortable throughout the year by the nature of the placement within the building .

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
