✅ Trash & Debris Removal All trash, set pieces, construction materials, and debris must be removed from the site. No materials should be left behind inside the building or on the lot. ✅ Floor & Surface Cleaning Floors swept, dusted, and cleared of tape residue, dirt, or spills. Any surfaces (walls, counters, canopy beams) wiped down if used or dirtied during production. ✅ Restoration of Layout Any furniture, props, or fixtures moved during production must be returned to original positions. ✅ Exterior Grounds Outdoor areas raked, swept, or cleared of cigarette butts, craft service spills, or vehicle leaks (like oil stains). ✅ Hazardous Materials Any use of paints, adhesives, fake blood, or other materials must be cleaned thoroughly and disposed of properly off-site. ✅ Odor Removal If smoke effects, fog machines, or strong scents were used, space must be ventilated and cleared of odors. ✅ Inspection & Walkthrough A post-shoot inspection with the property owner or manager to confirm all cleaning has been completed and no damages occurred.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
