🧼 Our Cleaning Process Your health and safety are a top priority. After every booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience for all guests. ✅ Surfaces disinfected – All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, furniture, etc.) are cleaned with hospital-grade ✅ Private washroom sanitized – The attached washroom is fully cleaned and restocked before each session. ✅ Ventilation – The room is aired out and refreshed between bookings. ✅ Hand sanitizer available – A bottle is available in the bathroom for your use. We follow local health guidelines and allow buffer time between guests to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
