About CKC Event Productions
Void Acoustics sound system as well as Pioneer Pro Audio system available for DJ's and/or band. DJ on staff & DJ gear; including PioneerDJ CDJ's, turntables and mixer, 3W laser, lighting and projector available. Warehouse has white walls and high ceilings with front and rear garage doors for load in. Office space is attached with 2 restrooms, breakroom with sink. Offices can be used for entry and access to warehouse for guest arrival. We are fully licensed with TABC and have full bar available as well as licensed sommelier, bar tenders and servers on staff. Chef on staff to help with catering selection

Space will be clean and ready upon arrival. Guests are required to put waste in bins provided. No food waste. If any excessive damage or cleaning is needed after rental, guest will be required to pay additional $150 cleaning fee
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
