We provide a clean, professional, and flexible space designed for photographers, videographers, podcasters, and content creators of all levels. Conveniently located near Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons Corner, and Washington, D.C. (just 15–30 minutes away), our modern studio is perfect for photography sessions, video productions, podcast recordings, and online content creation. The extra hour is paid at time-and-a-half, meaning 150% of the regular hourly rate or the regular rate plus an additional 50%. Example: if the regular rate is $30/hour, the extra hour rate becomes $45/hour.
