The counter area and open prep kitchen add a dynamic layer for food content, interactive culinary events, or catering setup. The space is entirely yours. —— PRICING & AVAILABILITY —— We're open for private events every day of the week, starting as early as 3PM. Our base rate of $150/hr reflects Monday & Tuesday evening bookings. Weekend and early-start rates are higher — please message us before booking so we can confirm the correct rate for your date and time. Monday & Tuesday after 6PM — $150/hr (base rate) Wednesday & Thursday after 6PM — $175/hr Friday, Saturday & Sunday after 6PM — $200/hr Any day starting at 3PM — day rate + $50/hr early-start premium Before 3PM (any day) — custom quote required, message host first 3-hour minimum on all bookings. We take cleanliness just as seriously as we take our pink crepes. After every booking, our space is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it’s fresh, sanitized, and ready for the next guest. High-touch surfaces, tables, seating, and restrooms are disinfected, and floors are cleaned and mopped. We follow food-service-level hygiene practices daily, and we give extra attention before and after every Peerspace rental to make sure the space is spotless and photo-ready. Whether you're hosting a brunch pop-up or a photo shoot, you can expect a clean and comfortable environment from the moment you walk in.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
