For larger sets that require complete lighting control, our Blackout Studio offers the perfect environment to bring your visions to life. Editing is seamless in our Post-Production Suite, equipped with color-accurate monitors and sound proof paneling. A spacious Workspace features open desks and plug-in monitors for flexible use, while two Conference Rooms equipped with TV's provide comfortable meeting areas for creative planning. Additional amenities include six portable sound panels for high quality audio control in any room. HDMI ports in both the Blackout Studio and Kitchen that allow for a live camera feeds to any or all TV's throughout the building. High-speed internet via WiFi and direct ethernet ports in every room (up to 500 Gb/s). Two large bathrooms, and free onsite parking for up to 20 vehicles. Need a custom set?
